Summary
This research project from Family for Every Child develops a foundational understanding of key legal and policy issues impacting children in conflict with the law in Brazil, Paraguay and the United States. By bringing together the policies, legal frameworks and innovations we can identify commonalities and differences. This enables us to identify strengths, gaps, and areas for potential collective advocacy.
