We are thrilled to support David Schofield running the London Marathon in aid of CSC

“I love running, and I want to make a difference – so I am smashing those things together and running the 2020 London Marathon for the wonderful Consortium for Street Children who I’ve worked with CSC for 10 years.

From partner projects supporting the rights, dignity and potential of kids alone in faraway slums, to raising their voices at the UN Human Rights Council – I’ve seen the huge impact of CSC first hand. I am super proud to be wearing their badge and raising money for them. They are a smaller charity but they make a big change happen, both in the UK and right around the world.”

Whether it's a half-marathon, a triathlon or a climbing challenge, if you are someone who likes to get active think about getting sponsored for street children. Set up your personal fundraising page, and see how the incoming donations will boost your motivaiton.

Why not challenge your community’s general knowledge as a fun way to raise funds at your local. You can charge an entrance fee for participants at a Pub Quiz, as well as ask your host pub to donate a percentage of drinks sold during the event.

A dinner party is a great way to get your family and friends involved in fundraising, without them even knowing! You can ask your guests to make a donation, or charge an entry fee. There are plenty of ways to personalise this event, from choosing a theme and decorations to creating after-dinner games for your guests.
