Finance and Operations Manager

Role summary 

The Finance and Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in the organisation. The role requires a willingness to work across a wide range of finance functions. It would suit someone who enjoys a varied role, enjoys supporting a busy team, and can work autonomously, demonstrating initiative, self-direction and motivation. The role would suit either an experienced Finance Manager or someone looking to step up into the role.

  • Reporting to: CEO
  • Working hours: 2.5 days per week
  • Salary: £39,500
  • Annual leave: 25 days + Bank Holidays (pro-rata)
  • Pension: Employer contribution of 5% of gross salary
  • Location: Hybrid (Remote working will also be considered). CSC’s offices are in Bethnal Green, London E2 9PJ.
  • Duration : Permanent
