You will receive an acknowledgement of your complaint within one week, including a date by which you can expect to hear from us with the outcome of the investigation process. This is normally within four weeks. Your complaint will be passed to the relevant team within CSC to investigate, following CSC Complaints Policy procedures. On conclusion of the investigation, you will receive a response detailing the outcome of the investigation.
In the event that the complaint falls outside the control of CSC, we will inform you of this.
