Child-friendly guide to Covid-19

Published 12/03/2020 By CSC Staff

We’re delighted to share our child-friendly illustrated guide “Covid-19; what can we do to stay safe and keep others safe”, for our network members and any other organisations working with street-connected children and young people during the Covid-19 pandemic.

View the guide here

The booklet is designed to be visual and engaging as well as clear and informative for street-connected children and young people. It covers everything to do with the pandemic, including symptoms of Covid-19 and simple ways to protect yourself and others. Useful elements include a how-to guide for making your own face covering, and an adaptable ‘useful contacts’ section where organisations can include local information about where street-connected children can seek support and services.

The guide is currently available in English but translations are on their way in multiple languages. Please feel free to share it with any organisation you think would find it useful in their work!

We’d really like to hear your feedback on this resource and whether it is useful to your work. Please get in touch on network@streetchildren.org

CSC are grateful to AbbVie and Norton Rose Fulbright for their support in this project.
