This resource is CSC’s submission to the open-ended intergovernmental working group on an optional protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child.

The Consortium for Street Children welcomes proposals for a new Optional Protocol to the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child – a critical step towards guaranteeing free and inclusive pre-primary and secondary education for every child and ensuring children in street situations are not left behind.
