Summary

This State of the World’s Street Children: Violence report is the first in a series of annual reports to be produced by the Consortium for Street Children. The series has two main aims: (i) To promote a better understanding of street children’s lives and of civil society initiatives to support them. (ii) To propose effective actions by governments, communities and civil society that prevent children from exposure to risks which cause them to work or live in public spaces and that protect children who are on the streets
