Summary

This study represents a first attempt to assess the situation of children in conflict with the law in the Republic of Moldova. An inter-sector working group, established under the auspices of the National Council for the Protection of Child Rights in October 2001, carried out the study with UNICEF’s technical assistance and coordination.
